CANCELLED ON ME AT 8.30am THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Poor communication. Poor excuses. Poor effort. Thanks for nothing. 🤬 Would give ZERO stars but not an option.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!! Lincoln did not communicate well. Was happy to take our money. Turned up 4 hours late. Our food was cold and tasted awful. Potatoes were hard as rocks and veggies were just frozen veg. Gravy was just brown water. He had his hands in our food, even though wearing gloves but it looked gross. Guests were appalled. My brother had to cut up his roasts for him. His staff consisted of him and his dottery mum who had no clue. They needed reminding to clear tables. Did not cater for our vegans as he said he would. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had for food at a wedding. Only getting 1 star for eventually showing up. I wished we would have ordered red rooster instead which is far better quality.
