We had Blanco Catering for our Wedding at Templewood House in November 2022 and they were incredible. Every single thing served was so delicious - our favourite dish was the Portobello mushroom, soft garlic polenta with smoked almond dressing - best polenta I’ve ever had!
We have had so many people since the wedding comment on how amazing the food was (quality and quantity!). We elected for cocktail style served food, however the food was substantial and everyone was more than full by the end of the night. We requested to have all the food be done vegetarian and mostly gluten free and they made this so easy, providing so many options. On the night, all of the Blanco staff were so friendly and so helpful. We let them know before the wedding that we had a few vegan guests, and they made sure to have sufficient options for these people, and once identified, the staff brought specific food to them all night and ensured they had plenty. We were very grateful to have the blanco team provide the catering for our wedding, and we would recommend them to anyone having a wedding/special event.
