About Kidsafe Queensland
Kidsafe Qld's mission is to keep kids out of hospital by providing Queensland families with practical, evidence-based injury prevention strategies so that they are safe at home, on the road and at play.
As part of our road program we offer child car restraint fitting services and specialty disability NDIS mobility consultations with our team of qualified, experienced Type One fitters. Child car restraint training and workshops also available.
Within our play program we conduct playground visual inspections and design consultation. Playground inspection training also available.
In addition to these services we monitor where injuries occur and advocate for change in standards. This results in campaigns such as Button Battery awareness.
