The Red man on the other hand lasts for 25 seconds.
There are many elderly residents in Toorak and that particular crossing is a major crossing on Toorak road.
Tyson decided to ring the mayor of Stonington council. Like all councils, Stonington council washed their hands of the whole thing.
Not to be stopped, Tyson telephoned VicRoads.
Just like that the lights were changed.
