An airport transfer from Perth airport to my accommodation was included in my recent Margaret River tour. After collecting my luggage at the carousel I found the driver waiting for me. He was very abrupt, turned around and headed for his vehicle with me trailing behind pulling my heavy case. He looked around once and asked if I was OK, turning abruptly and walking off again. My luggage was placed in the boot and we headed for my accommodation. The driver tailgated all traffic that he followed, making me feel quite unsafe.
After my holiday I contacted Deluxe again to arrange transfer to the airport for my homeward journey. I was told that the driver would collect me at 7.20 am and to wait in the hotel's reception area. 7.40am next morning no sign of the chauffeured car; I phoned their business number and was advised the car would be there in 10 minutes or so. Thirty minutes later I rang a taxi and just made it to the airport in time for my flight.
