NurtureOne is a cluster of high quality care and education centres based regionally throughout Australia. The educators and management at Nurture One have gone above and beyond for my family these past months. Everyone is warm, approachable and so very loving towards my children. I couldn’t recommend them higher if you’re in the area looking for care.
My 2year old went there only for 2 days and end up being sick for to long they have given her some food that wasn’t right when we already told them she’s on a bottle she usually have around 6 bottles of milk through out the day and they only gave her 2 bottles the whole day at first day when she came home she was starving and the second day on Friday when she came home she started throwing up having diarrhea and she’s still ill and when I called up the service that she’s not coming there anymore they said they can’t do anything I still needs to pay $1140 when we enrolled her they never mentioned that the days we are booking we have to pay if anything happens by chance we don’t take her there anymore so basically I’m paying $1140 for my child getting sick there such low communication service the worse place to put your child after paying $95 a day for them just to get sick and get starved
I would never recommend this centre
