Being first-time parents, we wanted to make sure we chose the right childcare centre for our little one, and we feel like we did just that by deciding to go with Pelicans in the Park.
They have great facilities and activities, freshly made and varied food options, and more importantly, the educators genuinely care about the children.
In particular, we have nothing but good things to say about the educators in our son's Junior Kindy room, as they have helped us navigate the challenges of having a daycare newbie.
Truly the best day care you can ever ask for. We had a poor experience previous to Pelicans when we needed to move to city based day-care. Searched the whole of Cairns for the best day centre and they have 1000% provided the care we wanted - love, stimulating and educational activities, care for learning development, delicious meals, excellent facilities, amazing staff xxxx I could not believe the other day how many activities they had done with the kids in one day! Their walls are full of the kids creations. Even the foyer always has new cool themes such that I cant drag my primary school daughter away on drop offs ;) Lol they even let me bring the dog in to show the kids one afternoon. Can not recommend the care here high enough ! My greatest gratitude and thanks xxxxxxxx
