Has been the worst daycare experience. Nothing but issues after issues. Kids had been Nothing but sick since being there. Countless times my sons nose was in an absolutely terrible condition. Could see it had not been wiped for hours, he was not the only child in this condition. The manager is not helpful in fact is rather non responsive and let's the entire centre down.
So many payment issues. They would take the money out on the wrong days then charge a fee for not paying. They have also taken more the said amounts. Would not even look at my back statement and denied all. Now are claiming that it takes over 3 weeks to pay out the money they owe which goes against what their paperwork states..
Absolutely terrible
Management happily blames staff for her own mistakes and lack of attention.
I have so many emails backing up why I feel this way.
They don't even follow their own protocols.
Extremely disappointing.
