I will forever be great full to Alana & Hypnobirthing for providing my husband and I with knowledge, guidance and support with options that where available on our birthing day. After a traumatic first birth, we decided to try Hypnobirthing, on our second time around with many thanks to Alana it was a very very different story.
With all the guidance Alana gave to us as a family it helped us to heal from previous experiences and make beautiful new ones with our second birth.
We didn’t know what was exactly in store for our birthing day the second time around, but with all the preparation, education and support Alana offered we knew what ever it was would be a very different experience. This course was amazing! Every woman going to give birth or even think about having a baby should empower themselves with knowledge and this course was the perfect, safe place to do so. This is my third pregnancy (second baby) and I learnt so much about my body that I had no idea about before. I feel alot more confident and positive about birthing my baby this time round. Alana is so passionate and knowledgeable about birthing and it was empowering to be around her. I can honestly say I'm excited to be having my baby. Thank you Alana!
