Dr Smith has been our family GP for many years. He's an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor.
Dr Jane Sheedy, chased a crying patient into the carpark and yelled at them as they got into their car. The most disgusting, unprofessional, confronting behaviour seen by a medical professional. Regardless of strict guidelines regarding current medical mandates - empathy and respect should always exist, and NEVER physical and verbal aggression. A report is in progress to the Medical Board of Australia. This behaviour was absolutely deplorable and I will never be using Balwyn Health Care services again, and will continue to warn others about this disgusting and traumatising confrontation that was experienced.
