When attempting to provide feedback on a ridiculous parking policy in a local area that punishes local residents trying to support local businesses, they send back a generic response with no meaningful acknowledgement of feedback. Just means we won't be risking an insane parking fine to support local business anymore, since the council doesn't care anyway, apparently.

they have no idea what they are doing , my bin got missed on friday and was told they will be in frost thing this morning at 6 and still my bin is still not empty
