Les was awesome. Super nice guy and very easy to work with. I always get scared calling Tradesmen as you never know how much they are going to charge. Les, was priced much better than I expected and did a really good job. Very generous with his time and gave a-lot of advice. Thanks, Les. I really appreciate your help.
When Les came out to quote he told us he would treat with essential oils. We told him that we had a dog and that he could not therefore use cinnamon oil which is toxic to dogs. Les confirmed that he would not use cinnamon oil. Despite this assurance, Les plastered the roof (where the mould was), door handles and floor (no mould) with cinnamon oil, eucalyptus and clove oils amongst others. We had to urgently call the animal poisons line who informed us that the eucalyptus and clove oils Les used were ALSO TOXIC to dogs. We urgently decontaminated the dog, got her out of the house and thankfully she is ok.
In a surprise to no one - the oils also FAILED to treat the mould, which was clearly visible in all affected areas.
This was urgently reported to the property manager at Ray White Williamstown who sent him. As noted by other reviewers, Les lies to agents to keep work. He has zero regard for the safety of people / animals at the property. Following additional photographs of the clearly still-present mould, Ray White had to send a qualified contractor to treat and clean the mould with a proven chemical treatment. If Ray White Williamstown or another property manager is trying to send this dangerous person out - refuse. One star is too many.
