We hired this company to do an end of lease clean for us as our tenants didn't do the job themselves. However this company took the money from our account and didn't do the full clean. I have photos of every area being dirty that was apparently cleaned.
The company states it won't give a refund but you will continue to get a cleaner until you are satisfied. We've waited a week with 2 no shows from the cleaner. We've rang the company every day day and told they will call us back and we hear nothing. Who is supposed to live in a dirty place for a week with children. It's not acceptable. I've taken to clean the house myself as I'm fed up waiting for the situation to be rectified.
Do not use this company they are highly unprofessional! It has to be illegal to take money for a job not completed. Would hate to see anyone else go through what we have.
