Beware of this company.

They use the name Family Cleaning also Master Cleaners.

Don't, as I did, get confused with another company called Family Friendly Cleaning and Pest Control who are a reputable company.

These guys are less than desirable. Left my couch sopping wet and with no noticable difference in cleanliness.

My floor was left wet and muddy due to the "tradespersons" leaking equipment and dirty boots.

He then proceeded to empty his cleaning equipment down my kitchen sink pouring water over my bench top and cupboards.

Upon hearing my dissatisfaction with the job and that I would not be paying he informed me to look after my health and luck in the future.

Francisco (Frank) and co accepted a job for a bond/deep clean of a rental property I own. I clearly stated that it needed a very thorough clean. They initially quoted $300 when I described the size of the house and what was required. When on site they requested more wanting another $100 and it had to be paid in cash then and there, which I agreed too. I have asked for a tax invoice on multiple occasions and he refuses to provide one.

About the clean - in a word, horrific. Basically non existent. I couldnt really inspect the property at the time as it was late and it was dark but on secondary inspection it was the worst clean ive ever experienced. The fridge recess still had VISIBLE dirt and grime. As did most of the floors as they did not use a decent cleaning product or chemicals. I requested and paid for each window track to be cleaned (the extra money requested per above) and not one window track was cleaned. He did however hose the outside of the windows, which was not requested or required. But it was a lot easier and required no real labour or physical exertion. There were 3 people there and you would expect a pretty detailed clean with that many people there on site. Unfortunately not. Basically everything I requested to be done was not done. They did not use cleaning chemicals and there was no visible smell that any cleaning products had been used at all. They vacuumed the floor and cleaned the walls and floors with what appears to be only a mop and water. But they did send me photos as proof, some shirtless (which was appalling) of the team completed said works. I had to pay another cleaner at another cost of $400 to re-do the whole thing. These people are terrible cleaners and I could not ever recommend them. They will give you a cheap quote to get on site then extort you for more money then do a very very very poor job. Avoid at all costs.
