I felt my presence was inconvenient and I was told multiple times during the consultation that I should have just gone to my regular practice down the road( who were booked out) . I got the message loud and clear the first couple times it was said. Is it really appropriate to make someone feel stupid that they came in to see a doctor. The doctor attempted to shut me down quickly in the appt and get me out the door which created tension as I needed her to listen for a couple minutes to the concerns I had.
I have had the worst experiences at this practice, first I had to face a angry male Dr who treated me badly then a lady Dr who dismissed my request for a health plan who wouldnt sign health fund claim form who refused to administer a VitB shot never felt so horribly treated & never had issues ftom other surgerys, wont be going back
