Very Bad experience i was asked to wait in car since i had cough for 45min. And then the doctor called me on phone and was asking if i could reschedule the time without seeing me she was introgating me on phone. Such a bad way to treat a patient. Waste of time.
Bad experience with total gp receptionist. I tried to make an appointment for wednesday 19th jan thursday for my kids and I was asking for a later time for an appointment. The receptionist responds that there are 3 slots which are all in the morning, 3 times despite me asking for a later time. She started to become rude by saying "I've had to say it 3 times for the time availability" she even gave me the wrong doctor that I had asked for. She asked for my name and handed the phone to her manager, making it appear that I was in the wrong. I'm not recommend to anyone to come to this gp.
