I had chosen them for the excellent reviews but my experience was unfortunately really bad. Starting with the girl at the front desk not at all welcoming, it almost seems like you went to the doctor on purpose to annoy her. I had to pay $ 145 to get no response from the GP or suggestions on what to do with my symptoms. A complete waste of time, I found the service unprofessional and really poor.
I have seen 3 different doctors here, and 2 out of 3 were excellent, very professional, respectful and genuinely cared about my well being. When I was late and missed my appointment, Dr McCarthy actually came out and asked me if everything was ok, this is above and beyond any other clinic I've been to.
Very glad I found this place.
