Went to see a male dr there about mental health, and when the appointment was over he made an ill-tasted and unproffessional joke about suicide. Ill be going back to my other gp from now on.
Terrible service. Rang to book an appointment for my unwell son. I was told I could come in at 5pm by the receptionist. When the receptionist realised my son was a new patient I was told she needed to seek advice because she wasn't sure if they wanted to accept new patients. I was put on hold for 20 minutes. When they returned to my call I was told by a "nurse" it takes too long to put new patient information in the computer and it is a lot of administration work for someone they might not see again. All this despite me having visited the practice a few times with my younger son. So I was refused an appointment for my son, which I was initially offered. The "nurse" told me she would "ask" Doctors if they would be prepared to my son and I was put on hold again. When she returned they were miraculously "all busy and fully booked". All this despite the on hold music telling me that they are a family friendly practice, keep appointments for children and accept new patients. Extremely disappointed. The "Nurse" told me I should visit St John Emergency Care in Joondalup instead. Really no regard for patients and their situations or transport. Joondalup is a long walk from Clarkson for those with no transport.
