Unprofessional, facilities substandard, doctors room cluttered with personal knick knacks, so unsterile. Booked an apt for child vaccinations and their vaccines were expired, so now have to book another apt for other half of my sons needles.. not fair on a 2 year old. Dr Suzanne’s room had no hospital grade handwash at basin and no paper towels just a normal house hand towel. Carpeted room with big air con tubing on floor and paper piled up on desk with jars everywhere, no computer, interested to know whether medical records will be updated on AIR.
My son had a lollipop because of getting his needles and Dr was disgusted that he had dropped some sticky liquid on the chair. There was nothing for me to wipe up with. Maybe start with having clinical wipes or medical grade surfaces which are cleanable, and don’t speak to a 2 year old like they are an adult. And some people skills wouldn’t go astray. Expecting him not to touch bobble head dog puppets on the desk?? Why have the clutter there then? Will not be going back there.
