I started with Dr Matty a few years ago when he was with Dunsborough Medical.
I transferred with him to Mode Healthcare and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Dr Matty has gone above and beyond for me, several times. He’s argued my case to the Health Dpt and TGA more than once. This allowed me to continue with this medicine which has been life changing for me.
Dr Matty guided me through the process and secured for me special authority 3 times. He didn’t have to do that and the words “too hard” weren’t in Dr Matty’s vocabulary.
I was never made to feel like the hassle I undoubtedly was and the whole team treated me with care and concern in every way.
There are cheaper options out there, but from the horror stories I read on reddit, it’s well worth that little bit extra. However, that too, is being worked out and as of Dec 2022, the cost has dropped, significantly.
Even if I still had to pay the top-dollar amount, Dr Matty and the Mode team would be worth it.
Forget about the cheap practitioners who treat you like cattle. Go for the best care available and that’s Dr Matty and the crew at Mode Healthcare.
