There should be an option for 0 star.
Been here a few times and the wait times are incredible. Had a booking at 5:00 so I had to leave work early. Got there and after waiting for 30 minutes, went to the receptionist and was told to we needed to wait at least an hour and a half. Why wouldn't you call all your bookings and let everyone know that their appointment needs to be rescheduled? Isn't our time important? If I came late or missed my appointment, I would still get charged for your missed opportunity. Do I get reimbursed for my time? NO.
So if you have a day to waste, get terrible consultation that a GP can give for free, then come here. If not, don't waste your time and go else where.
