Good day, Dr. Goodhand was recommended to me by Cathy Spur a lawyer. I am a TBI patient and I am not fast any more. The lady who answered the phone refused to return my greeting for the day and then refused to give me her name. I suggested if the rest of the practice was as rude that they probably couldn't help a mature person who doesn't appreciate being spoken to in the manner of an unruly teenager.
Great practice & Dr who spends the time with you, not another number like some practicing medical centres.
Staff are always accommodating, not sure what that Mathew was complaining about, they're a very busy practice, who cares u didn't get the same greeting, move on as Dr Goodhand's Staff are doing a fantastic job..
