Called in advance to ask whether the Dr. Samuel M was on time- the reply was “ yes he is”.
Turns out he wasn’t & had yo wait1hour and 10min. to see him for 10min.
Another time, we had an early appointment only to realise the Dr. hasnt even showed up yet. Surprise surprise my appointment was about half an hour late; there were about 5 people after me and god knows how long they had to endure. Dr S Mansour also appeared in the clinic laughing with a coffee - probably the reason he was late.
Book if you enjoy thrill of endless waiting.
The only thing keeping this practice going is the friendly receptionist.
