Phoned up to ask if there was any available appointments. Simply told "no." and was immediately hung up on. No professionality. Disgusted. Would never return.
I booked my appointment with physio, Mr.David Lilly. He was so generous and I m very happy to see him.
But receptionist Mrs. Leanne was so rude and charged me 85$ as I was on care plan. Eventually they refund me money after a big drama. Not happy from her and won't come to see Leanne again.
