you cant give 0..... Dr James Otiende was the worst Dr i have ever encountered. I have been a patient here for over 20 years and due to the terrible nature of my visits will never be going back. The admin staff and other Dr's were great and not a knock on them.
I found Dr Otiende to be an amazing doctor. I used to see him at beckenham medical centre and was heartbroken when he left. I have been looking for him the last couple of years to become his patient again. The first time I saw him I didn't feel he listened but decided to stick with it and so glad I did as I found he really is a great Doctor who cares. When I had trouble with the health department due to a prescription, he stood up for me and helped me through. I am more than happy to make the half hour drive to see him again. He was the only one who took time at Beckenham to really listen and help me. I am really looking forward to being his patient again.
