I'm not sure what the point of making an appointment is when the doctors are running 30min late by 9am. Receptionist is too rude to tell you this either and will just leave you sitting there. When you ask how late the doctor is running she still won't tell you, "oh he has one flu shot ahead of you..."when you've already been waiting 20 mins? Not to mention none of this is bulk billed so you are charged up to $100 to sit around for an undetermined period of time to then be seen for a max of 12mins!
That is a half an hour wait. ONE doctor and ONE receptionist on. Clearly this practise cares more about their bottom line than the care of their patients. If you at LEAST had the decency to tell patients that you are running late, there wouldn't be so many bad reviews for this place. Doctors are all lovely but reception and management have dragged this place into the dirt. Nothing like the practise I grew up attending and I will actively discourage people from booking here.
