I was referred to singleton from meadow springs as my appointment was cancelled due to a technical glitch on arriving I was informed by the receptionist that this appointment was not bulk billed as it would have been in the other practice poor customer service all round no apology nothing !!!
I was advised I wouldn't have to pay any money as I was on a Management Plan for damage to my Lower back. Upon checking out of the GP the receptionist told me I need to pay $50. I advised her I was told I didn't need to pay any money as it was all under medicare. She told me the doctors notes said I had to pay $50. She said it must be because the doctor wrote me a script. If the doctor had told me the script would cost $50 I would have gone to another GP. I didn't want to create a scene so I payed the $50 and will never return.
