About Young People's Health Service
The Young People's Health Service (YPHS) provide free and confidential health care to people aged 15-24 years who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, or having a tough time.
We are co-located with Frontyard Youth Services (MCM) and also provide an outreach service to youth refuges. Youth Health nurses are available to see you Monday to Friday, 9 - 4.30pm.
No need to book, walk in to Frontyard and ask to see the nurses.
