Dr Nisreen Al-Salihee is without a doubt the worst doctor I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. She was 35 minutes late for the appointment, which wouldn't have been an issue if she'd spent the appointment being a decent doctor. I had an admittedly unusual and not straightforward issue - random visible swelling of my neck and lymph nodes causing breathing issues and pain, which I decided to see a doctor about after a severe episode lasting multiple days).
She palpated my neck, checked my throat and the stated there was nothing wrong. I was aware that it had subsided, and wanted ideas about what could be causing it because I knew it would reoccur. I directly asked her if she had any ideas and she just said 'anxiety'. I told her that was unhelpful, and she told me to see an ENT. I told her I don't have money to spend on a specialist so wanted to eliminate other factors that could be causing it first. She continued to be unhelpful. I asked her to please consider factors outside of directly my throat that could be causing it and she again said to see an ENT and theres nothing she could do. She did not ask any questions about medications I'm on, allergies, past medical history, my lifestyle, OR EVEN ASK ANY FOLLOW UP SYMPTOM QUESTIONS. What type of doctor thinks 'sore neck, neck looks fine now, must be mental' and doesn't even bother to ask questions about respiratory symptoms, let alone other symptoms?
The only good thing she did was suggest a thyroid ultrasound, which she then did not give me a referral for.She may have just been stressed given she was running behind, but thats not an excuse to forget how to be a doctor and a decent human, and by the looks of other reviews its a common theme. Thank you, for exhibiting a perfect example of the type of doctor I absolutely do no want to become. Sincerely, a medical student.

The reception staff are by far the most professional, welcoming and friendly people I have encountered in a doctors office.
Dr. Abdulsattar Ali is a wonderful doctor that I see regularly, and is always very comforting, compassionate, intelligent and is more than happy to listen and take into account your concerns and expectations in an appointment, and will also suggest additional things to help your wellbeing beyond this current issue. He also manages to be thorough and accomplish all the above while being on time consistently.
