If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. Absolute joke of a medical centre. The receptionist was on the phone to her friend while she was serving me so I had no idea what was going on because she didn't verbally communicate. If that's not bad enough, a line started to form and she ignored them while continuing to talk on the phone. If that bad impression wasn't enough, I saw Dr Sivapalan as I had been sick for a few weeks and it wasn't going away. I also wanted to discuss birth control options due to really bad period pains and heavy flow despite currently being on the pill. She basically looked at me for 10 seconds, came to the conclusion that I had a viral infection and wrote me off a prescription for penicillin. As for the other concerns, she basically ignored me, didn't ask any questions or give me any alternative options. Paying $75 for a 5 minute consultation where the doctor honestly couldn't care less about answering your concerns is absolutely disgusting. I highly recommend you take your time and money elsewhere.
