wait time is a huge problem , also phone wait time ridiculous! I waited 35 mins for someone to pick up the phone and gave up in the end. Started off as caller 3, in 15 mins got to caller 1, then waited another 20 mins with no response. There is also no warning about "if this is an emergency ETC
I work elsewhere as a practice nurse and have worked in a few practices around Perth, and to wait that long to get a phone response is NOT usual practice. Seems to me they might need more staff on the desk . Once you get there wait time in surgery is often up to an hour but once in, service is very good
