They cancel or reschedule every appointment, even ones booked months in advance. When they try book my kids in again they realise they can't get me back to back appointments for my twins for weeks to months
When the new appointment comes around they cancel or reschedule again.... Go to a GP. They offer the same service with less drama for free and don't blame covid for everything.
