Over 1 hr wait every time we have visited here, the centre staff do not seem to know how to run a medical practice, I have had them forget to put in samples for testing and then lie about it, and then the run around trying to get flu shots for my child was ridiculous. Definately go somewhere else.
What a joke this place is, had an appointment for 11am checked in at 10:55 am
11:20 asked reception how long was told i was next yet other people who came after me went in???
11:40 asked again, "we running behind"
11:55 enquired again was asked if i had checked in.. ahhh yes i did.
12:10 walked out still very ill and quite annoyed and very disappointed.
