One of the better medical centre experiences I have had- Dr Westhoff was on time, extremely attentive and explained what was causing my symptoms in easy to understand terms.
Normally the service at this centre is good; however, being a concession card holder i go there as they bulk bill .
The first sign of poor service was when dr downer inappropriately called me “buddy”
And things went downhill from there
I needed an urgent booking for elevated sugar levels., which i made through the online app health engine. Only spot i could get was a Saturday; however the app did not advise bulk billing was not available.
When i got the centre. The front desk staff were very rude and demanded payment. At which point i lost my temper and stormed out.
Next visit back , although the app allowed the booking
They now refuse to see me ??
