I called to book a phone consult to get results on an x-ray. They booked me in for 3pm the next day. 3pm came and went. 4pm, I call - I'm assured that I'll get a call, "everything is just running late." Okay. 5pm rolls around, nothing. Call back, am told "oh, looks like it won't happen today." IT IS A FIVE MINUTE PHONE CALL TELLING ME MY RESULTS. Incompetence of the highest level. This place sucks beyond comprehension. Only reason they're still practising is because people are desperate.
