Been on hold for 33 minutes, 21 of those minutes I've been "first in line" and my call will be answered by the next available representative. Now the clinic is closed and my call was "out of hours". The Nurses and doctors are great but the reception protocols need drastic improvement. Hard to see the doctor if no one answers!
