Unreliable, late and a complete waste of time.
I booked my covid vaccine at Vic Park Respiratory Clinic. The doctor showed up to work 30 mins late. She told me that she would not give me the vaccine as I am under 50 years old even though I am eligible to receive it, and that if I wanted to try another doctor, I could. I put in my age and mobile number when booking the appointment. A simple message saying this would have been appreciated, instead of wasting mine and all the other under 50's time.
