But, this lymphoedema clinic was highly recommended by my specialists and so I decided to book just recently. As soon as Gisela answered the call, I was put at ease as she answered all my questions. My first consult was amazing and I now feel like I have another amazing team behind me! I was listened to, concerns addressed and a plan made all with an empathetic and professional ear.When It was time to pay, I watched Gisela work her magic, she was very busy with calls and people, yet she was so very patient and accommodating with me while we tried to find a suitable next appointment.
