For an unusual request/question from me, instead try to make me understand, he's telling the receptionist off by saying, "I Will Handle This!!" Well, are you telling me you would like to HANDLE me? What a genius response. I can see well that this guy is very capable of handling any problem. You don't need a brain to know that is a bad idea to sit a charming patronising person at the door of your business.
