I liked my doctor but some of the receptionists simply shouldn't be there. They are extremely rude and will even hang up on you before trying to help. There was a mistake with my prescriptions and had to fight for a week until one good receptionist (or manager, not sure) helped me.
Unfortunately for me this is a reason to not come back.
