Dr. Scullion is not only a fantastic physician but an exceptional human being. She is the only reason I return and she is worth the month long wait for appointments for non-urgent matters. Sue at the front desk is exceptional too but the other front desk staff are absolutely abhorrent. Not only are they rude, they are extremely unaccomodating too. I wanted to book a long appointment for a medical examination and was asked why I needed it and would not be granted it if I did not give specifics. I should not have to disclose personal medical information to get a long appointment for a medical examination and it was inappropriate for Hope to have demanded such information. The front desk staff need to learn from Sue and not be so nosey.
