Phillip provided an amazing job. He serviced our 40 year old clock then we had issues which he happily spent many weeks finding the solution which is now resolved.
Phillip is a meticulous craftsman whom I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. His attention to detail and vast horological knowledge is second to none. He repaired our heirloom, Vienna regulator chimer, which had been previously, poorly 'repaired' by another clock repairer, rectified that person's botched attempt and was happy to give instructions on resetting and co-ordinating the hands and chimer.
I'm very happy to give Phillip 5 stars, and more if they were available.
