I got really excited because I found the shoes I’d been looking for. Unfortunately, customer service was poor. I wasn’t greeted - he may have been busy, fair enough. But when I found the shoes, there was no help. Working in customer service myself, I’d see a customer at the shoes and see if they needed a size or colour, etc. when I looked for the worker, he was standing at the counter, greeting people. After about 10 minutes of standing alone, I heard him coming, thinking he was going to serve me, I got relieved. Nope. He served a customer that had JUST walked in. I know I could have just asked him, but what’s the point of customer service then? Asking him would have been fine if he had asked me if I needed help in the first place. But I hadn’t been approached by anyone. Just a bit disappointed is all.
