me and my friends walked in to go and have a look at some nice shirts, we walked into a stall to help her into a top and then an older lady said security was here for us and to not have that many waiting for changing rooms?, we said that was ok and 1 of us left as she needed help out of the top, when we were leaving she was speaking to us in a belittling way and checking the footage with a security guard watching us, when we bought our items we then offered for them to search our bags she rudely turned us down all while whispering and staring as we walked out. completely judged us from the beginning and was extremely unproffessional. felt targeted and as a retail worker myself would never make my customers feel this way. my friends and myself will never be coming back. 7:30pm 24/11/2022
