I went to zara at burnside a couple weeks ago and the lady in the change room was rushed and very rude. I went into the change room to see what my mum tried on and because the change room hall is so tiny I stepped into my mums change room for a second, the lady came quickly to tell me that two people cant be in the change room which I respect but the way she said it was in a very rude tone and then she again in a rude tone told me that I cant have a drink in the change room. I understand there a policies which I respect but she could of said it in a nice way.. she displayed horrible customer service and because of this im reluctant to even shop at Zara. This lady made me feel annoyed for the rest of the day. Also I never get greeted or get help at Zara and the staff are too busy doing jobs rather than looking after their customers. Very dissapointed.
