I have shopped numerous times at Friend of Frankie. Beautiful store and the staff are so helpful and honest????My go to store for something special especially my favourite label Spell???????????? …
Unfortunately a terrible experience with Friend of Franki :( Shoes came that didn't fit. I asked about help with sizing to hopefully exchange but no response within the return policy window so ended up requesting a refund. Sent the shoes back and now no refund possible because I disposed of the cheap bag the shoes came in.... When returning shipping items, I send back the purchased good only as shipping costs are expensive and this company specified in the returns that only tags were required.
