I adore Scotch & Soda. the design. the fabrics and the customer service. I have been to the Karrinyup store several times and have always experienced exceptional service and genuine friendliness.
I shop here regularly and used to love the service.
Bought a pair of shoes which ended up being wrong size and brought it back the very next day. Shop refused to swap size as had a small mark on it.
No flexibility or willingness to help shown to a regular customer which shops here.
Bad business decision! Won't be coming back.
Rang up before to advise I would be coming to change the pair and they made me come all the way out just to then tell me they wouldn't return the shoes.
