I’m a loyal customer and I went visit the store today at around 12:30-1pm, there were 2 staff at the front desk however me and a friend were totally ignored. Not long after another group of girls went in and one of the staff started to greet them “Hi ladies how are you today?” and gave them assistance , I wonder what the difference was between us?. I have purchased with Perlu quite a few time and Aude gave me the best customer service experience however more than 50% of the time the staff are very unfriendly.
Hands down the best online shopping experience yet! Instant feedback when I submitted payment, constant updates, quicker than expected delivery (3 days from WA to Melbourne), meticulously wrapped and perfectly presented! All with a personalised thank you card and a hand written code fir $20 off my next purchase!! ????????????????I know I seem a little OTT and no, I DON’T know them. Lol
But, since Covid and having done a lot of online shopping, you gotta give credit where credit is due! Especially to a local and smaller business who thankfully just “gets it”.
