Today went in to replace beanie that was lost when I explained to the cashier what a day we had she was so accommodating and kind great products and great staff
I would give zero stars if I could. Not told that they do not accept returns when I purchased items the sales person clearly knew I wanted to take home and try on with other stuff. No sign on the counter. Manager tries to tell me it’s been moved since Monday when I purchased the items. Uhm no. And where is the sign now anyway? Manager points out that it says no exchanges on the receipt. Too late after the item has been purchased!
