About ACE Camera Club (inc)
The ACE Camera Club has a strong commitment to support the local community through photography.
We hold regular workshops, coffee meetups, photowalks and cover many local events around the Great Southern.
The club encourages the participation of young photographers and runs youth specific workshops and outings.
Our well equipped studio and darkroom are available to members 7 days a week and we welcome visitors who may wish to arrange a get-together with members.

I'm a member. I have my own interests in photography, but this club is so diverse going in many directions, this makes it a welcoming club, it is not clicky, you are welcomed regardless of your experience or lack of it. I'm amazed at the community projects it gets involved in, and classes currently classes for beginners. Some members just go to the coffee catch-ups mid week, some go to Tuesday night meetings, like I do, and some put on the ACE lanyard and become photographers at community events, some go an organised weekend by ACE, some go to the club-rooms on weekend and print some photos on the equipment and some join in on World Pin-hole Camera day that's a lot of fun. I go because I like meeting other photographers and I like the occasional photo walk on the weekend with the club, enjoyed an awesome weekend in Perup National Park, I've been to coffee mid-week when I can, but I love how it just doesn't matter what bits you do, you can talk with interesting people about photography.
